A unique digital EPC/RFID identifier in an embedded, nondetachable and durable product generates its digital twin and reliably connects it to the cloud. These digital twins can be used throughout the design, production and operation of the product’s life cycle.

Our solution

Primo1D designs, manufactures and distributes a UHF RFID identification solution (Gen2 V2 standard) in the form of a yarn, thread or wire tag that can be embedded into your product. A range of customization options (RFID type, tag design, packaging, etc.) facilitate the integration of the tag into different materials (textile, rubber, composite materials, etc.). Given its wired format, it is highly suited to most industrial processes.

Embedded with Primo1D’s RFID thread, your product will never lose its identification.
The integrated RFID tag natively confers the product’s RFID identification, authentication and security for better management of logistics flows and industrial processes.

A product lifecycle management tool

Once embedded in the material, the RFID thread has excellent durability and performance. Its ability to withstand chemicals, different types of mechanical constraints and high temperatures (up to 200°C) make it an ideal solution for optimizing industrial operations and managing the entire product life cycle.
